The machine stirring homogeneous motor are imported, Taiwan Delta frequency control. According to different process requirements heating or cooling material. Optional vacuum pump, vacuum pumping foam. Equipped with operating platform and electric control cabinet, to facilitate the comprehensive monitoring of equipment operation.

Remark:
1. For electronic heating, you can add water or conduct oil inside jeckets. However if you heating with conduct oil, there is no cooling.
2. Normally the products can be poured out from bottom outlet, but if you want it not cost too much time, you can connect a rotor pump to pump it out.
3. We provide some spare parts based on experience, and one year warranty for this machine, and provide service for the whole life of the machine in 24 hours. Working video and manual operating will be provided with machine also.

Agitator pot
1. The working pot is made of 3 layers stainless steel , the contact part is SUS316L, other parts are SUS304 . The thickness of the pot can be customized . 2. The cover fix , the sight glass can be installed to observe the work in the pot , cleaning the pot with universal cleaning ball , from the bottom discharge outlet directly .
3. Jacketed heating, electric heating or steam heating optional . cold water circulate cooling.
4. Homogenizer and temperature sensor install at the tank bottom .
Top Mixer
1. Double direction stirring , the mixing direction of frame mixer with Teflon wall scraper and central paddle are reversed , so the products will be mixed more evenly.
2. Mixing speed is adjustable 0-65rpm , frequency speed control .
Homogenizer
1. Bottom homogenizer is more powerful than tan top homogenizer .
2. Mixing speed can be adjusted 0-3600rpm .
3. All products contact parts are SUS316L, which meet GMP standards .
4. Temperature probe can detect the temperature of products when heating or cooling the jacket .

Each function can be controlled separately: 1. The working time of homogenize can be set ( suggest 10 minutes ) .
